[Cedar60] Feb 28

Just spoke to Larry.

1) Our other FC (not Billie) is not ready for 28th.
2) Roosevelt lodge has a MM on the 28th that they need help with.

So Cedar #60 will NOT have a meeting on the 28th. We are asking everyone 
who can to go to Roosevelt to help with their MM.
